Tyvoralis provides a digital platform for collective financing (crowdfunding) of real estate projects in the Republic of Croatia. The platform enables users to browse available projects, analyze documentation, and participate in financing selected projects in accordance with applicable regulations. Tyvoralis acts as an intermediary between project owners and investors, providing technical infrastructure and informational services. Tyvoralis does not provide investment advice nor guarantee return on investment.

To use the platform, you must: • Be of legal age (18 years or older) • Have residency in the Republic of Croatia or another EU member state • Successfully complete the identity verification process (KYC) in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations • Have a valid email address and bank account • Accept these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy

Investing in real estate projects through crowdfunding carries significant risks, including but not limited to: • Loss of part or all of the invested capital • Project realization delays or complete project failure • Illiquidity — inability to quickly withdraw invested funds • Market risk — fluctuations in real estate values • Regulatory risk — changes in legislation that may affect projects Before making an investment decision, we recommend consulting with an independent financial advisor. Past results do not guarantee future returns.

All content on the website tyvoralis.com, including texts, graphics, logos, photographs, software, and databases, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights of Tyvoralis d.o.o. or third parties that have licensed their use. Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, or public display of any content without prior written permission is prohibited.

Tyvoralis is not liable for: • Losses resulting from investment decisions made based on information on the platform • Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your account • Platform outages caused by technical difficulties or maintenance • Content and information provided by project owners Tyvoralis's maximum liability is limited to the amount of fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding the harmful event.

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. For disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms, the competent court in Zagreb has jurisdiction, with the possibility of alternative dispute resolution through mediation.

Tyvoralis reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions. We will notify you of changes via email or platform notification at least 30 days before the new Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the amended Terms take effect constitutes acceptance thereof.
